Who we are

About DOERS Association

The DOERS Association is a non-profit organization based in Málaga, Spain, founded with the aim of improving the quality of life of children with cerebral palsy and other functional diversities, as well as that of their families.

We firmly believe that every person is an agent of change. That is why our work revolves around three fundamental pillars: applied research, specialized training and community building. Through these areas we develop concrete projects that generate real, measurable impact in the daily lives of those who need it most.

Our initiatives include DOERS Talks, a series of outreach talks that brings scientific and clinical knowledge closer to families, professionals and the general public; the Merrill-Palmer-R project, focused on assessing child development through standardized scales; and the DOERS Marketplace, a space for specialized resources and services for families with children with functional diversity.

The association is made up of a multidisciplinary team of professionals in psychology, education, medicine and technology, united by a shared vocation: building a fairer, more inclusive society. We also have a network of committed volunteers who give their time and talent to make our projects possible.

Since our founding we have raised more than 11,000 euros, allocated entirely to social impact projects, organized more than 20 DOERS Talks and currently have 3 projects underway. Every achievement is made possible thanks to the support of our members, volunteers, collaborators and donors.
